Vents Cleaning GuyDryer vents only(909) 375-8728
Services

Everything we do is a dryer vent.

Six jobs. No whole-house air duct upsell, no bundled packages you didn’t ask about. If it isn’t the duct between your dryer and the outside wall, it isn’t ours.

Typical visit 45–90 min · Single-family homes

Dryer vent cleaning

The standard job. We clear the full duct run from the dryer to the outside hood, then confirm the airflow actually improved.

  • Rotary brush run through the entire duct, not just the ends.
  • Vacuum capture at the dryer connection so lint leaves the house instead of settling in the laundry room.
  • Exterior hood and damper flap cleared and checked for free movement.
  • Airflow measured before and after so the improvement is a number, not an opinion.
  • Before and after photos of your duct, sent to you.

Quoted per job · Rigid metal duct only

Vent repair and rerouting

Crushed, disconnected, or run the long way around. We replace bad duct and shorten the path where the layout allows.

  • Replacement of crushed or torn flexible duct with smooth rigid metal.
  • Reconnection of ducts that have separated inside a wall or crawlspace.
  • Shortening or straightening an over-long run so the dryer vents the way it was designed to.
  • Correcting foil and plastic duct, which is a fire hazard and fails inspection.
  • Sealing joints with foil tape rather than screws, which catch lint.

Quoted per job · Includes guard fitting

Bird and rodent nest removal

A vent hood with a broken flap is an open door. We clear what moved in and fit a guard so it does not happen again.

  • Removal of bird nests, rodent nests, and the debris packed in behind them.
  • Full duct clean afterwards, since nesting material travels further up the run than people expect.
  • Replacement of the damaged hood or damper that let them in.
  • Fitting of a pest guard that blocks entry without choking the airflow.
  • We do not use poison or traps. This is an exclusion job, not an extermination.

Written report + photos · Escrow timelines accommodated

Inspection only

For escrow, a listing, or a landlord who wants the condition on record. A written report with photos, no cleaning unless you ask.

  • Camera survey of the duct run with photographs of what is actually in there.
  • Airflow reading at the exterior hood.
  • Written findings you can hand to a buyer, seller, or agent.
  • A clear note on whether the installation meets current code, and where it does not.
  • If you decide to clean after the report, the inspection is folded into that visit.

Scheduled in blocks · Per-unit documentation

Commercial and HOA

Multi-unit buildings, laundromats, and shared laundry rooms. Scheduled in blocks so you are not coordinating one unit at a time.

  • Apartment, condo, and HOA buildings with stacked or shared duct runs.
  • Laundromats and on-site commercial laundry.
  • Per-unit records so a board or property manager has documentation for each address.
  • Work scheduled in blocks across a property rather than unit by unit.
  • Recurring maintenance schedules for properties that need it on a cycle.

Quoted per job · Rigid metal, code-compliant

New vent installation

A new run where there wasn't one, or a full replacement of a run too far gone to repair. Rigid metal, shortest sensible path.

  • New duct runs for laundry rooms being added or relocated.
  • Full replacement where the existing run is beyond repair.
  • Rigid metal duct on the shortest practical path with the fewest bends.
  • Correct exterior hood with a working damper and no screen across the opening.
  • Installed to meet current code so it passes inspection.

Describe what the dryer is doing and where it sits. That’s usually enough for us to tell you over the phone.
